Wolf make unique rivetless silencers, which outclass the competition in many ways. Our rivetless design means the strongest possible silencer. Riveted silencers expand and contract causing the rivets to cut through the sleeve and drop out. With Wolf this cannot happen. Also, the design means easy repacking at home and even if you damage the sleeve in an accident it can be replaced in minutes with no special tools and no hassle.

All our silencers feature stainless or titanium internals and a two stage packing that outlasts any other on the market. We use the finest quality materials like grade 2 titanium, 304 stainless and for our carbon cans an exclusive pre-preg sleeve that outperforms all others. Most carbon is rated to 180 degrees so can brown or even burn. Ours is rated to 450 degrees and is exclusive to Wolf.

Each and every silencer is hand built using the greatest of skill and care. Every one is designed for the bike it goes on and every component is hand fitted and tig welded for ultimate strength

We offer oval and round silencers and each one has solid billet end plates instead of cheap stainless pressings like many others. Every silencer is designed on the dyno to ensure the best power, not just at peak but throughout the rev range.

Please note that the CBR RR2 and ZX12R models are in a riveted design due to the size of inlet bore required.
